We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused
• In original condition
• With original tags and packaging when applicable

Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, perfume, makeup, stains, or alterations may not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving a wrong or defective item.

Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assist you quickly.

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items may not be eligible for return:

• Final sale items
• Gift cards
• Personalized or custom items
• Intimates, underwear, swimwear, socks, hosiery, or earrings if opened or used
